Background: This Steinberger GM 2T was purchased personally by me, picked up at the Newburgh Steinberger factory and is my own guitar. It is an original Newburgh New York Steinberger guitar with a new neck replacement installed just prior to my purchasing the guitar.over 15 years ago (Original neck had a blem or other issue). Nashville had already gone into production (barely, I believe) when I picked up this GM 2T from Newburgh. This Steinberger is in pristine condition eletrically and mechanically with only normal "body aging" and mellowing of the finish as seen in the pictures. Virtually unplayed. Truly a closet classic.
